Pingali, Chandrasekhar (Chandru) is the Founder and MD of ICube, a Singapore company that leverages technology to drive Human Capital Management solutions.

Chandru has 30+ years of experience in human capital management aligned to business strategy. His work spans across industries like Banking, IT/ITES, pharmaceuticals, chemical, and textiles in Asia, Africa, Europe and Middle East. He is a Board Member and Mentor in driving leadership change, business transformation, people productivity and performance. He has received several awards including Best HR Professional of the Year and Regional HR Leadership Awards.
Jethro Yee is the Founder and MD of HuOrgCology Global Pte Ltd, a company providing business management consulting, auditing services, and human capital consulting to organizations in Singapore and Asia.
HuOrgCology partners with organizations to strengthen day-to-day business and human resource operations through three key mediums: support; consulting, auditing and developing.
Jethro was previously heading Corporate Solutions at the SHRI Corporation, where he helped business leaders develop workforce capability and drive business sustainability. Earlier in his career, Jethro has been a Learning and Development Leader and has spearheaded Regional Learning Strategies and Total Company Learning Plan to develop next generation talent to meet business needs. One of his key achievements is the Learning Management System module (e-HR system) which he built from scratch with Tata Consultancy Services. Jethro has also working with several organisations to maximise their learning dollar value, by designing Competency Framework, mapped to career and learning blueprints.
John Chan is the Managing Consultant of Alpha Dynamics Consulting Pte. Ltd. and Managing Partner of Corporate Coaching Partners, a leading regional coaching and leadership development firm with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Sydney.
Prior to this, John spent 37+ years of experience in human resource management, a large part of it being at Shell in Europe and Singapore. At Shell, John took on several leadership roles including Leadership & Organization Development Consulting at Shell, London, HR Director at Shell, Singapore, and Transformation Manager for Shell, East.
John has also undertaken consultancy assignments for various organizations including the Singapore Civil Service. Ministry of Manpower, appointed him as the Co- Chairman of Manpower Skills Development Council in 2006, to oversee development of national competency standards for Leadership and HR in Singapore. In 2006, he also received the “Friend of Labour” award from the National Trade Union Congress, Singapore.
Caleb Ng is the Managing Director of KOULTURE Transformation. He has 18+ years of experience as an organizational transformation consultant, trainer, coach and strategic leader.
Over the years, Caleb has mentored, coached and trained more than 5000 young professionals and senior leaders across 12 different industries and diverse fields of expertise. Deepa Chandrasekhar is a Principal Partner at ICube, a Singapore company that leverages technology to drive Human Capital Management solutions and also the founder – director of Resonate Consulting.
Deepa has over 12 years of experience as a consultant and practitioner in Coaching and Organisation Development. Her areas of work include design and facilitation of whole system change; design and implementation of customer intimate, leadership focused people development systems and processes to facilitate evolutionary change; helping teams and individuals push their boundaries to create possibilities & choices and ignite the spirit of Transformation
Deepa has been and continues to be a co-owner and director of a full-fledged medical diagnostic centre with accountability for strategy, day to day operations and directing the HR function. In addition, she was a director and shareholder of a health care organization that owned two 50 bed hospitals in Western India and employing ~200 people.
